You bring an interest in media buying along with a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles and data. Why This Role is Exciting

As a Paid Media Specialist at HEARD, you'll be part of a growing marketing and ad operations team while playing a crucial role in executing digital advertising campaigns that help artists reach their audiences effectively. Working under the guidance of our Ad Operations Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, contributing to campaigns that make a real impact in the music industry.​

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Execution: Set up and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok, following guidelines set by the Ad Operations Manager.​
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to optimize results.​
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Ad Operations Manager and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign strategies.
  • Learning & Development: Engage in ongoing training sessions and actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills in digital advertising.​

What You Bring

  • Prior hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms is valued but not essential. Training will be provided on our tools and methodologies.​
  • Candidates will bring an understanding of digital marketing principles, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.​
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok is a plus.​
  • In addition to digital and paid media understanding, an eagerness to learn along with adaptability and a passion for the music industry are also important qualifications.​
